This is a guided practice of return to ourselves and each other. We will move and be in our bodies together and then do a seated meditation.
This is a community to workshop to be together in our bodies, minds, and hearts in these times that continue to be strange. This is for you if you are looking for a place to be quiet with other people, to remember that the world is full, are hoping for the magic of now and want support in finding it. This is a place for you if you are a person with a body, that comes from somewhere, that loves, and feels the bigness of a world that can unrecognizable.
